GENERAL
The following terms apply when you purchase through the Alvedag online store.
The agreement is made between you and Ritiri Group Oy, 3570297-7 (“Alvedag”), Heikinpolventie 1, 37150 Nokia, Finland. Alvedag follows the recommendations set out in Finnish consumer protection legislation. By purchasing and placing an order in the Alvedag online store, you accept these terms and conditions.
If your order is being processed, you may still modify it by contacting our customer service via email at hello@alvedag.com. If the order picking list has already been processed or your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be changed. However, you may always use your 14-day right of return after receiving your package.
We reserve the right to typographical errors, incorrect product descriptions, sold-out items, and force majeure events. Alvedag reserves the right to changes in product selection, incorrect stock balances, and discontinued products. We do our best to ensure that product images accurately reflect the actual products and their colors. However, we cannot guarantee that the display of images is accurate on all devices and screen settings.
If you are under 18 years of age, you need a guardian’s consent to place an order.
Alvedag reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected. All suspected fraud will be reported to the police.

Finland:
All prices (excluding sales to Åland Islands) include VAT 25.5%. Alvedag reserves the right to correct incorrect prices. Typographical errors may occur.
Other Europe:
All prices include VAT according to the legislation of the country of delivery. Alvedag reserves the right to correct incorrect prices. Typographical errors may occur.
DELIVERY TERMS
All orders delivered within Finland include free delivery. Average delivery time is 1–4 business days.
After placing an order in the Alvedag online store, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. Please check that the information in the confirmation is correct. If you notice any errors, contact customer service immediately at hello@alvedag.com. The customer is responsible for any incorrect information provided.
If you notice that your order is damaged upon collection, document the damage and report it to our customer service at hello@alvedag.com.
We reserve the right to be unable to deliver all ordered products due to stock balances, production, or logistics-related reasons. If an order or part of it cannot be delivered, we will promptly refund the payment for the undelivered products.
Delivery within Finland
Once the order has been processed and shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking code. The shipment can be tracked using the tracking code on Matkahuolto’s website.
Deliveries are primarily made to Matkahuolto pickup points. Customers may also choose Matkahuolto home delivery, which costs €9.95 regardless of the order total.
When the shipment arrives at the pickup point, Matkahuolto will send a pickup notification via SMS. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided, especially the phone number, are correct and up to date. If no pickup notification is received, the customer must contact Alvedag customer service within a reasonable time to resolve the delivery.
Alvedag is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect customer information, the carrier’s operations, or other factors beyond Alvedag’s control.
Delivery method Finland: Matkahuolto
Delivery to other European countries
Once the order has been processed and shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking code. The shipment can be tracked through the carrier’s tracking system.
Deliveries within Europe are made either to pickup points or as home deliveries according to local delivery practices. Delivery method, delivery time, and service level may vary depending on the destination country and local carrier.
Customers receive delivery notifications via email and/or SMS depending on shipment progress. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the provided contact details are correct and complete. If no delivery notification is received, the customer must contact Alvedag customer service within a reasonable time.
Alvedag is not responsible for delivery delays, delivery obstacles, or incorrect distribution caused by the carrier, incorrect customer information, customs procedures, local regulations, or other factors beyond Alvedag’s control.
Delivery method other Europe: FedEx
A €20 handling fee will be charged for uncollected packages, according to the payment method used.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Returns Finland
Returns are made via Matkahuolto using the customer return code provided by Alvedag.
A return fee of €3.90 will be charged and deducted from the refund amount during return processing.
A return is considered received when the return shipment has arrived at Alvedag and the returned product has been inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time after approval.
Alvedag reserves the right to partially or fully deny a refund if the product is not returned in accordance with the return conditions.
Returns Other Europe
Within Europe and for international deliveries, returns are at the customer’s expense.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, choice of carrier, and delivery of the return to the return address provided by Alvedag.
The customer must ensure that the return shipment is trackable and properly insured. Alvedag is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds are issued only after the return has arrived at Alvedag and the product has been inspected and approved according to the return conditions.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we do not offer automatic exchanges. You may return the product according to our terms and place a new order immediately in the Alvedag online store.

COMPLAINTS
If a product is defective, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at hello@alvedag.com.
Our products are covered by the standard warranty according to consumer protection law.
REFUNDS
You are responsible for the payment until we have received and approved your return.
NOTE: Alvedag is unable to notify Klarna of returns on behalf of the customer.
