Refund policy
Return Period
The customer has the right under consumer protection law to return products within 14 days of receiving the order, unless otherwise stated for a specific product.
Return Process
Finland
Returns are made via Matkahuolto using the customer return code provided by Alvedag. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, resaleable, and packed in their original packaging.
Other Europe
Within Europe, returns are at the customer’s own expense. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, choice of carrier, and delivery of the return to the return address provided by Alvedag.
The return shipment must be trackable and properly packaged. Alvedag is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Return Costs
Finland
A return fee of €3.90 is charged and automatically deducted from the refund amount during return processing.
If the entire order is returned, the return fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Other Europe
Returns are at the customer’s own expense, and return shipping costs are not refunded.
Refund
Refunds are processed only after the return has arrived at Alvedag and the returned product has been inspected and approved in accordance with the return conditions.
The refund is issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take up to 14 business days from receipt of the return.
Alvedag reserves the right to partially or fully refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the return conditions.
Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned unless the product is defective:

hygiene products
-
customized or individually made jewelry

used or damaged products
-
products not in their original packaging

products that are not in resaleable condition
If a product has a manufacturing defect or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the return is free of charge. In such cases, the customer must contact customer service immediately to resolve the matter.
