What materials are used in your jewelry?
We use high-quality selected materials, such as stainless steel, 925 silver and 18 carat gold plating. The materials of each product are stated in the product description.
In addition, the jewelry is nickel-free, hypoallergenic and water-resistant.

Is the jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic. If the product contains materials that may cause sensitivities, it will be mentioned separately.
How do I properly care for and store my jewelry?
Alvedag jewelry is made to withstand everyday life, including water and sweat, but to preserve its surface, avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes, hairsprays and creams.
Clean the jewelry gently with a soft cloth and wash with mild soapy water if necessary, rinsing thoroughly.
Store your jewelry in a dry place, separate from each other and protected from moisture and direct sunlight. All our jewelry comes in a practical and stylish Alvedag jewelry box, which helps protect and keep your jewelry beautiful.
Handle jewelry with care, as strong impacts can damage its surface and shape.
Ordering, delivery and returns
Can I place an order to Europe?
Deliveries to Europe will be delivered to pick-up points or home delivery according to local practices. The customer will receive a tracking code in the delivery confirmation.

How will my order be delivered in Finland?
After sending your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation and tracking code in your email. You can track the shipment on Matkahuolto's website.
Deliveries are primarily made to Matkahuolto pickup points. Delivery to the pickup point is free. The price of separately selected home delivery is €9.95 regardless of the total order amount.
The pickup notification will be sent via text message.

How quickly will my order be shipped?
We usually ship orders within 1–2 business days . During peak seasons, there may be slight delays in delivery.
Can I return the product?
Yes. We have a 14-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. For more information, please see our returns policy .
How do I return a product in Finland?
Returns are made through Matkahuolto using the customer return code 9565605.
Pack the product carefully in the original packaging, make sure that the product is unused and resalable, and take the package to a Matkahuolto pickup point.
A €3.90 return fee will be charged for returns, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be processed once the return has arrived at Alvedag and the product has been inspected and approved as compliant with the return terms.
How do returns work for orders placed in Europe?
In Europe and international deliveries, returns are at the customer's expense.
Can I exchange the product for another?
Alvedag does not offer an automatic exchange service. You can return the product according to the return policy and place a new order in the online store.
